TOPIC: Internal server error

Hi,

i'm using joomla v.3.7.3. - Animate It! v.2.1.5 - template HELIX3 v.2.1
Animate works with modules but doesn't work with articles. When I push the Animate It button an error page show Internal server error.

Can you help me please?

The are a lot of reason for Internal Server Error.
The most common cause, however, is due to outdated PHP version.
Please contact your server administrator to see if the PHP version is 5.6.1 or above.

Please let me know if updating the PHP version works.

In order to take a closer look into the issue, I'd need to see the backend, and the file.
Would you be able to crease a temporary back-end admin, and FTP user for me?
