TOPIC: Animation on Scroll does not appear to be working

Hi, I'm wondering if I might have done something wrong or if there is a bug. I have set the animation to on scroll. The animation works when the page loads, however, regardless of what I set as the scroll offset value, from 0 to 100, the animation does not get triggered when I scroll.

Can you please help?

I check the link you provided, and for me the animations are loading fine on scroll.
