TOPIC: Can't add Behance project to Portfolio Manager

I'm having the same issue in my website.
Portfolio Manager used to work fine, but now I can't see my projects, not even edit or create a new one.
This is the error mensage:

Erro
An Error Ocurred while retreiving the project details from behance. Kindly check the Behace Project ID you entered. If the problem persist please report here.

In my website there's some projetcs I added when extension was working. I already tried to replace with a new Client ID but no success.

We did some analysis however not able to identify the issue. Could you please answer the following question
1. Have you added or updated any plugin/module/component related to security or firewall?
2. Is there any security settings on your server that is not allowing interaction with the third party server?
