I am sorry but I am not able to understand the issue.

Are you saying that Font size of content is not becoming automatically small, when viewed in Phone?
If this is the issue, the plugin is not supposed to make the content smaller or larger. That would be the custom CSS in the template.

If you could share your website link, I can look into it, and maybe give you some custom CSS, that can do the job.

Please try customizing the template's responsive CSS.
This is not a plugin issue.
